With this listing, it means we are fully staffed 24-hours-a-day and our sophisticated computer system automatically documents every dispatcher action. With this UL Listing it also means our entire computer network is reinforced by backup power in the event of a major power outage and we can continue to monitor and respond to your alarms.
Our central station is equipped with the finest receiving equipment available today. With the Sur-Gaurd receiver and Silent Knight receiver we are able to handle all the popular formats. All incoming and outgoing telephone conversations are recorded and with our state-of-the-art voice logger, we can then go to any day and extract a conversation on a wav file and e-mail it to you.
